Where’d you hear them both doing the hook? There’s just versions with QM doing the hooks and then versions with Push doing the hook, it’s not a collab it’s clearly a reference

QM is highkey just a hook writer, he never really gave anyone verses like that

There also isn't a strong rule against using co/ghostwriters for hooks in hip hop, even the most uptight OGs will concede on this
