Theory

The man is doing himself no favors by doubling down and responding to everybody lmao. I’ve always thought the best response to getting cancelled usually is just to not even acknowledge it. Twitter finds a new thing to talk about in 2-3 days. But Dababy keeps bringing this back front and center every time he responds, and his responses are arguably worse than his initial comments

This could actually play out well for him, his fan base may not really give a s*** and it’s just publicity. Kind of like how X didn’t really lose fans over actual assault. But we’ll see. Fans are entitled to support who they want to support, you piss off your fans, they don’t have to keep listening.
