    I plan on quitting caffeine or limiting my consumption to once a week because caffeine triggers anxiety. I’m trying to see if cutting down my caffeine would help. Who else has done this or is in the process of doing this?

  • I've quit for weeks/1 month every so often and come back. It's nice to take a break and reset tolerance.

    Honestly getting off coffee has been crazy good for me. Im not always tired for no reason and my anxiryy is more
