    Honestly man this s*** is on the property management company. This is exactly why you do yearly inspections you’re not going to tell me this was some freak act of nature

    They knew this building was sinking since the 90s, they just didn’t do anything about it, presumably due to costs. Capitalism at work.

    Its South Florida dude. Alot of Latinos down there visiting. I saw on CNN there was a girl from Colombia visiting there for tennis lessons and part of her family stayed in those condos.
