    This is Bow

Yeat and Nardo Wick both got a lot of traction from Tiktok and they seem like they're here to stay

I listen to both artists and never created a tik tok account in my life

Yeat initially gained traction outside of tiktok and was already moving around the music industry, tiktok didn’t "put him on" it was a +1. Bonus points. Same applies to Steve Lacy and Nardo Wick and I don't think @op is talking about artists like them

So when rappers were coming up off of SoundCloud the majority of their following was from one place, SoundCloud that’s why they were called SoundCloud rappers? And I didn’t say forever I’m just saying yeat and nardo I wouldn’t consider Tik tok rappers in my own experience none of my homies have Tik tok besides me and they all know and listen to yeat 🤷‍♂️ if you wanna call him a Tik tok rapper that’s fine but most wouldn’t label him as that

But they have Instagram and everything from Tiktok end up on Instagram in like a week or two

Stop treating Tiktok like a label and treat it like the new 106 & Park or TRL and you'll understand it better.

It's a huge platform that going on can introduce you to a new audience and whether you capitalize on it or don't doesn't change that.

Some of you niggas too old to not get that

    Dropping gems itt

TikTok is literally where his breakout came from though

The Get Busy snippet was posted by a Slayworld fan page and got 200k likes

Then drake and carti co-signed him after the fact.
