Since he has been so consistent I thought it would be fun to see how everybody would rank them. For me it is

His two albums with Knxledge are both respectively the best albums of that year for me. That type of production is just a perfect marriage to AP’s style and vocals. Just so smooth and hypnotizing.

Malibu I think is considered by a lot of people to be his best. Although I prefer the former two mentioned albums this is definitely still a near flawless project and his best solo work.

Venice is super f***ing underrated. Sounds different from all his other work, I actually like the electronic influences in there and it showed early on that AP isn’t a one trick pony. Discovering this album because I saw a then unknown AP on the tracklist of Dr. Dre’s Compton is still one of my favorite music discoveries of all time.

Ventura is great, and a welcome back to form after his first miss. I just don’t return to it as much as the 4 projects above it. An evening with Silk Sonic was also fun, and I can’t deny that he has chemistry with Bruno Mars but it just sounds too clean and that’s not particularly what I’m looking for in an AP album.

Oxnard was a huge letdown and still is. I for one loved Compton and never bought the criticism that it was overproduced, in fact I thought that was one of the albums’ strengths in making it feel like the blockbuster release it was supposed to be. But with Oxnard Dr. Dre did this in a way that didn’t satisfy at all. He pushed AP in all the wrong directions and the album ended up feeling very forced and like Dre took too much creative space on there playing a director type role resulting in AP’s contributions feeling distant and phoned in a lot of times.

Yes sir, AOTY for sure. Followed closely by Blue Lips

Hopefully Soul drops a great album again so he can round out the top 3 oty for me

Also honorable mention to We Don’t Trust You, which has insane replay value and is def one of my favorite Future projects ever

Nah I haven't sounds like fun tho don't really go to concerts all that much anymore because I'm too focused on adult things in my life right now
