Also i like artists that are "smart" but not too smart. I like a "dumb smart" nigga. A nigga that'll carry a knife inside their book.
I like substance with a side of ignorance and think my top 20 explains that well.
I need balance, not too ignorant not too intelligent & its gotta be a mix

but GRODT is one of the most beloved hiphop records of all time and his early 00s run was iconic and unmatched Prime 50 is an easy pick for me personally at least

A lot of people argue his run wasnt long enough / fell off quick. But he has multiple classic albums, mixtapes and even a classic soundtrack imo
