HOV INNOCENTI don’t think you can say that about Cole yet, he had one slip up with the no name thing and ruined a lot of the image he worked for, but outside of that he was still relevant as ever and just put Young Thug on last year
Yeah, it might be too soon to say. But those two singles didn't stick around very long. I guess we won't really know until he releases an album

Who said anything about quality? Ye had an all-time great run. He was Tier 1 for like 15 years. But it's hard to deny that as a rapper his relevancy has started to decline in the past couple years. It happens to everyone
