Definitely wouldn't call Rocky one of the best rap artists of all time Earl has the talent but he's too obscure, I don't think he'll even be remembered much 15 years from now other than on sites like ktt4 so I wouldn't put him up there with the likes of Jay/Biggie/Nas/Pac/Kanye

why not? Live.Love and ALLA are two of the best projects of the last decade, Long.Live and Testing are good projects with a lot of great songs, he has amazing videos, singles and loosies, very good projects, influence in the culture, recognizable voice and flow. Of course he isnt Top 10 level but he is still in consideration for maybe top 30, thats best of all time in a genre that has had thousands of artists.

bro you dont have to be top 5 to be one of the greatest of all time, hip hop had hundreds of artists poppin the last decade, Earl and Rocky were among the very best, you even said they could be top 5 of the early decade, that deserves a "hall of fame" placement. Of course they arent biggie/hov/pac level but they were very important for the genre, had influence and released some of the best music in the last decade
