lil b - i just never found him funny, i like his production but wish clams had found another artist to give beats to

not entire discogs but i don't get the hype around 1999 or denzel's stuff after 13. with 1999 it just sounds like 90's album to me except there's boom bap records from the decade i'd rather hear. with denzel it's that i feel like his delivery and beat selection have gotten worse, and his lyrics still sound like a tier or 2 above tech n9ne's for how forced they feel

i feel like the appeal is there is that they rap over samples, which most artists can't afford to do
