It's a half truth, he said PS4 hard drive is just too slow to run the game, but a faster hard drive on a machine with a lot of ram can run it ok

I just tested it, runs very well and I have a Super 1660 Ti + i5-6600k
runs 40-50 fps on High settings
10 minutes into gameplay and it crashed with no error tho

second crash after 40 min of gameplay, no errors tho, but it runs very well
