Its mostly this.

I was controlling and wasnt really supportive of her hobbies and tried to get her to stop doing what she loved with her friends. I was low key disgusted by her eating habits because she was getting fat but didn't say nothing. Similarly I didn't tell her that I was losing attraction to her because she was getting fat and then made up excuses for why I didn't want to have s***with her. Throughout the relationship even from the beginning I didn't fully accept who she was but didn't say anything.
