Not only that he keep pushing back his tour dates. I think his having identity crisis with "Whole Lotta Red" definitely like the weeknd.
The only way he can fix this problem is by less baby voice and more pitch tune perfect with his deep voice and stop hanging around with Ye.
Best example was Backr00m but imagine his less 30% on baby voice and deep voice on 70%.
