It's an anime, serial experiments lain. Watched it during covid and the way that show was so ahead of its time, predicted the current times of people being consumed by electronics and the internet beyond separating between reality and virtual.

So good, heard one of the tracks playing at the end of a David lynch and decided to check it out immediately. He really did his thing with it
