I’d call this IDM. Check out Aphex Twin, Autechre, Boards of Canada, pretty much anyone signed to Warp Records

Four Tet
Mount Kimble
Caribou
Four Tet seems like exactly the type of thing I'm looking for
"LA Trance" is basically 100% what I was hoping for
Four Tet - There is Love In You
Against All Logic - 2012-2017
Aphex Twin - Richard D James
Boards of Canada - Music Has the Right to Children
Autechre - Tri repetae

Type in Discogs the name of the artist and then look at the search at the bottom what it suggests.
Then go to Resident Advisor and see what the bio of this artist is. Resident Advisor will help you, fam.
That will give you a better understanding what you are after.

Oh Blade Runner? You have to listen to Ben Khan even though he has a tinge of Jai Paul emulation, he's still a interesting dude. Bladerunner is one of his favorite films. He's nice with the soundscape. On his own thing.

Here's something I think Floating Points was probably influenced by from this artist (as well as the obvious aphex twin) :
Warp records seems to be your best bet for things you will find like Floating Points track.
