I an going through it yall
Took a demanding job that pays great, but its overnight and my body is having a hard time adjusting. On top of other big shifts in my personal life, I legit am in pain more often now.
Physically, in areas like my knees, my back, and neck, to my mental, sleeping but never feeling refreshed, to even seeing some of those eye flashes more often.
I know the biggest help to these is long term s*** like exercise, which I do around 3-4 times a week but kinda slacked due to the aforementioned demand.
To sum up I guess, i feel like im about to hit a wall very soon and I cant afford to. I need any tips on how to alleviate my self in the short term.
I was thinking chiropractor/PT, bonsai tree? I know theres a thread on here. I really want to get away on a trip but dont have time. What yall think?

You need to give yourself time for personal hobbies and destressing activities. Overnights can get you into a toxic schedule where all you do is sleep, eat and work. Find a hobby, wake up a bit earlier so you have more time during the day, cook some healthier food, don't do OT, and try some meditation.
Short term isn't going to help you hear. You need long term changes to your life to stop the burnout
Do not go to a chiropractor that is pseudoscience bullshit that could get you killed
Consistent sleep schedule (overnights might destroy you), not burning yourself out with too much physical exertion, meditation (medito is free and has some nice ones on pain meditation), quality nutrition. Chiro/massage/PT might be good in the near term.
45 minute hot shower
take a bath at that point

The danger is when they mess with your neck. Your back, hips, and limbs are all fair game and safe. At worst it's a waste of money, at best it's some pain and stress relief.
