I finally got RDR2 and it runs pretty well on high settings

A short question: Is it just me or do Rockstar games look a bit blurry and washy since GTA 5? I remember this being a thing in GTA 5 but I figured it was a creative decision? and it really grew on me tbh. Same thing with RDR2, can someone confirm this?
