Playing this again because I got that rockstar itch. I'm taking it a lot slower his time. Not rushing through the main missions so I can just soak in all the characters in the camp before the final chapter . So many convos and stuff I'm still discovering. I got chased by some weirdos I have never seen before in all my play time.

Still the best graphical showcase ever. Feel bad for console users stuck with 30fps.

Just finished this for the first time a few days ago and I can safely say this is the greatest game I've played, Arthur is the best character I've ever seen in gaming, seeing my Arthur turn from a ruthless enforcer for the Gang to a selfless empathic person by the end was a proud and heartbreaking moment.

they go all in on the gameplay systems in this game and this thing they gloss over.

This is truly the greatest worst game ever

I can't stop playing but it pisses me off every time

It's actually because the gameplay system is TOO advanced

If you really want your identity to be hidden where you've been wanted before, you need to show up on a different horse, wearing an outfit they haven't seen you wearing

it works, there are some areas where they'll see straight away you're Arthur Morgan because you were seen there causing mayhem before.

Mask can only do so much, obviously it's good for when you're doing crime on places away from the cities.

i haven’t played the story since it dropped though and i stopped like half way through im wondering if i should just restart the whole game

Replaying for my third time, in over 3 years. Actually took a long ass break from video games in general, and this game is just absolutely the smoothest way to ease back in. So much rich story and details to take in that one playthrough just simply isn’t enough. I love defining my own version of Arthur, and that he is so dynamic but we all love him for the same reasons. I’m glad that I’m seeing more postings about it recently, feel like this game even without a next gen update is one of the best looking games ever made and will stand the test of time

Definitely restart, it’s way too dense to pick it up halfway through

I picked up RDR1 on the PS5 since it went on the GTA+ thing today. All I can think about while playing is how excited I am to start another playthrough of 2 once I’m done.
