Ok, so the baseline is Red Dead 2. You're asking them to make a new game. Simple as that. A brand new game they'd have to develop while in the middle on GTA 6 development.

Because I'd consider the graphics of Red Dead 2 the best of any game ever. It's just so detailed because it took 8 years to develop.
