You can’t just get news and information from one source anymore
You have to read the same story from multiple sources and find the common ground and then decide for yourself if its true or not
A lot of Reddit users are entitled and privileged and feel like they’re off the grid by browsing Reddit instead of mainstream social media like FB, Twitter etc but in reality Reddit is just as bad as those sites. Just look at the popular sections. It’s almost as bad as the popular section on YouTube or the “moments” on Twitter

Modern American colleges are “nothing but lib echo chambers” so of course reddit is gonna reflect that. Also most of the subreddits I go to don’t talk about politics either way
