Todd himself said it’s been in pre-production for 5 years now and after starfield is out they’ll move over to es6 which would have about 2 years of full scale production followed by another year of polish so yeah it’s at least 3 years out

Like why would you want or expect this to come soon if you know Starfield is coming and you want Elder Scrolls to be just as big

not quite how development works but yeah there’s still many years of dev to go

also the last year of dev is just polish from playtesting and bug fixing, they can’t keep adding stuff otherwise new bugs would arise so all the artists and designers moved on a long time ago
