You can be a self defense country and not talk crazy. Emphasis on the “totally nice” part. The North Korean government is about as good/bad as any other government in the world, but the difference is they keep talking about reducing the US to ashes. No other country, even among America’s enemies, does stuff like that at such a constant basis (except maybe Iran and Israel but that’s a separate issue rn)
