Had the top level apartment at the time. The one directly below me got shut up day 2 of moving in. Day 3 I went downstairs and caught someone trying to break into all the cars including mine. My brother almost got our next door neighbor pregnant. Dude who’s gf used to suck me off all the time and the gf moved across from me. Was actually chill for awhile then ended up getting really bad down the road after I moved.

Roaches are a nightmare beyond words honestly. People don’t truly understand the depth of how bad it can get, how hard it is to get rid of them, and cleanliness has nothing to do it with in the grand scheme. One thing I hate the most about apartments is if your neighbors have an infestation you’re basically stuck with them yourself because they’ll keep coming back because of the neighbors. Same thing with mice

My first apartment was a 1 bedroom second floor of a garage. The floors were slanted, it was always damp, and the heat could only be controlled be the landlord who turned it on for less than an hour twice a day in the dead of winter. And at the end of my lease they kept the deposit and charged me almost 1k to clean the carpet when I moved out.

There was a roach problem
