at least Ye was only 7 tracks long and was made in a relatively short length of time

JIK was worked on for over a year and was touted - by Kanye himself - as a return to 808’s level of quality, he didnt deliver anywhere close to that

this album is definitive proof he doesnt give a s*** about music anymore

i’m not saying Ye was peak Kanye, but lets be real he dropped it alongside some amazing projects (Daytona, KSG) so you could be forgiven for thinking he still had a high quality solo project in him
