My local Kroger just started mandating people wear mask. So did the local fish market I go too. Fast food drive thrus are still packed during eating times cause nobody sitting down to eat.

Plus it's kinda f***ed up to not wear a mask but come face-to-face with employees with half their face covered up.

I see colleges and schools closing and going fully online due to the virus this fall though.

Yeah but the spiked are nothing like before when it first started, hospitals are much more prepared to deal with it, the surge in cases and deaths hasn't been nearly as high as predicted. It's much less lethal now, it's also possible it's a weaker strain

I actually work with covid patients. We had like 30+ confirmed patients and 14 employees a few weeks ago.
