I’m split because I’m down for an RE4 remake, but I feel like a remake wouldn’t be able to accomplish what makes the OG so great.

And if we really are getting all these Remakes of all the old games, how far are we going? Code Veronica? Zero? 5? 6?

As for this remake I'd rather they switch it up a bit to make it feel more like a natural continuation from the 2 remake. RE4 is perfect as it is, no need to recreate the same thing.

If anything they should just reskin the game with modern graphics and physics and keep it all the same

Anything that's a spider is getting cut. They'll replace certain enemies with dogs from RE2. Those villagers? Yeah they're all going to be the same zombies from RE2 except with probably a hat on.
