It's a maturity and life experience issue that makes age differences important, not because women magically sprout into women at midnight on their 18th birthday.

That's not the same logic though. Looking at pictures on the internet vs sleeping with someone you've had an influence on as a small child are nowhere near the same.
If you're attracted to someone physically at 18, I guarantee you would be attracted to them physically at 17, and probably 16 too. There just aren't major changes to the body biologically (apart from the brain) at those ages. I'm not talking about getting to know someone or dating or any of that s***.
