This came with a bundle. Started it the other day, it's actually pretty good. Didn't get far though, going to start back up in the morning.

Switch jump to L1 and dash to R1

Turn on automatic sprint, that helped me so much

A new weapon won’t enter the RNG (meaning enemies and chests won’t drop it) until you find it AND equip it for the first time, so make sure you’re checking every room for a weapon. It glows with a red beam.

The starter weapons are are trash so it’s important to find the best guns like electropyn driver or whatever it’s called.

You can pick up and then drop a weapon if you don’t want it but just want to check if it’s something new, just holding it for a second will add it to the system

Also the weapon modifiers are important, when you find any weapon it’ll have a random modifiers

The catch is that if it’s a new modifier you have to kill a few enemies before the modifier activates, your progress is shown in the bottom left corner.

some weapons have extremely powerful modifiers so it’s important to find new ones, kill a few enemies to unlock it, and then maybe consider finding a new weapon so you can keep unlocking modifiers

Once you’ve unlocked a lot you’ll start finding weapons with like 2-3 modifiers all stacked on each other and those will help you a LOT

Thinking about getting this, without spoiling it for me, can someone tell me what it’s like?
I hated Death Stranding cuz it was boring af, is this a similar type of game?

its not like Death Stranding at all really. if i had to compare it to other games, id say its more of a blend of the movement and gun feel of Control and speed of Vanquish. wordbuilding's on par with Control too as its pretty vague if you dont purposefully dive into yourself. the controller hd rumble adds a whole lot too

I’ve never played either of those two games 🙁 is there enough action to keep ppl w adhd interested or is it mainly a “scenario” and “visuals” game?
