Understandable. In that rare case, I just bought Ye in physical format via CD.. Goddamn it’s not enough you pay $10/month for unlimited music we gotta cheat the artists out of every dollar by torrenting..

unless they're indy the artist doesn't make s*** from those streaming numbers man, the only person cheating them is their label

For charts not payout. It's 0.003 cent per stream on average. So if you listen to a 10 track album 100 times - about 50 hours - Spotify will pay out $3. Then the label, management, etc. get their cut; then the artist gets their portion.
