Finale was a good watch for sure. More story-centric stuff please. I don't think I'll be sticking around for season 2 if they're still doing the whole meandering "bad guy of the episode" thing.

Season 1 was a success. I enjoyed it very much so.
But just like a few others have said already, I hope season 2 is more straightforward with a specific storyline and not just the typical "bad guy who gets caught by Charlie at the end of every episode" theme.
Still a great show. Looking forward to whenever season 2 comes.

That’s the fun part of this show imo. Rather have this than another detective show nowadays where the protag solves one case a season.

Yeah, episode 9 was definitely a top 2 episode of this season.
This show would've been huge on NBC, I believe. It looks like an NBC show.
This would’ve been cool on network TV but only if they censored the hard curses

Young DWent in seeing the reviews and expecting something really profound. Isn’t quite that at all because it’s basically just a super amazing procedural, but I really enjoy it as a comfort show.
Kind of reminds me of the old Tim Roth show “Lie to Me” mixed with the NPH Netflix version of A Series of Unfortunate Events (in terms of how there’s always a new distinct setting each episode and she always coincidentally ends up there).

There’s so much fun to be had throwing Charlie in the most ridiculous settings, solving the most meticulous murder plots.
Can’t wait for S3 when Charlie goes international & ends up as a mime in France, solving a mime murder.

The format of this show is perfect. You get a season long storyline with Charlie while also getting anthology esque mini-episodes for like the first 15 or so mins before Charlie comes into play. S*** is beautiful
