moment camera on iphone also bypasses the default ios processing and i think it has video too

not sure about android but i remember seeing something similar

RAW video files are absolutely gargantuan, you'd need an external storage unit to hold the footage, and this kind of grade processing for video would be very demanding on the phone's processor, it's not a classist thing, it just really asks a lot of the phone

Also, if you're on a production where you're shooting RAW, even if it's on iPhone, you're probably not going to want to use Rian Johnson's (very cool) presets, and instead hire an actual grade artist for the visuals

I think it's a thing where the development cost probably wouldn't line up with the potential userbase, it'd be a very niche market

All modern phones now can shoot RAW. This is just running it through a preset, guy himself already described it's a one stop shop. Any editing apps like Lightroom, Snapseed able to accomplish the same result

Video side of this is pretty popular too
