I actually don't know if Billboard will be upset it isn't explicitly titled "Drake & 21 Savage - Rich Flex (Official Video)" but one example I remember is when Abel put out music videos under different names that counted towards Sacrifice all in the same week so it could debut at #11

And Billboard was on Taylor's d*** over her short film so unless they actually do have racist bias this should fall under music video category. And they were bending the rules and let both the 5 minute and 10 minute sales of each song count toward the 10 minute song. They wrote 12 articles promoting the short film to but they wouldn't do that for black artists
