Wait until Xylazine and it’s a***ogues fully takes grip. Some s*** x1000 stronger than heroin and Narcon doesn’t work on it. I know Philly has a lot of Xylazine about they call it tranq and it’s all over Europe right now

This is an oversimplification lol. The Oxy epidemic was a prelude to the fent epidemic. Essentially oxys (blues) were severely cracked down on after how insane the oxy epidemic was especially with getting young ppl hooked on heroin.. the massive crack down lead to significantly increased heroin production by the Sinaloa cartel under Chapo and El Mayo to fill the gap. Heroin took over cocain as the most produced and sold d*** by the cartel.. HOWEVER the problem became in the fact that heroin wasn't nearlyyyy as addictive as crushed up Oxy 80

-> SO what ended up happening was pharmaceutical and hospitals needed to prescribe pain meds but how could they with such a reverse tilt by the feds on heroin and oxy? Fentanyl was thereafter synthetically manufactured en masse (it was already being cut into your s*** as early as 2007, prolly earlier, but now at way higher clip) and prescribed and Sinaloa at first bought the product to sell but also study. After chapo gets booked mayo is in a war with chapos sons for the cartel. Mayo helped the Us govt (undisclosed) get Chapito the oldest son of chapo. Fent production decreased significantly BUT by now the cartel knew how to make it in their labs themselves after studying it. Chapos sons have also ousted Mayo and fent production is likely back up and NOW they cut it with tranq so narcam doesn't even work. China is curbing its production but opioids where the precursor to the fent epidemic which will likely only get worse 😔

I'm in general a big fan of gang culture history so I love cosa nostra vory yakuza narcos type stuff and read up on it as well.. but the wire is what really shows you how deep the hole goes.. then you start looking s*** up and watching docs and you become shocked at what you find man fr. S***ll have you like
