That’s good s***, much success to you guys. System catering and acquiring/running franchised businesses is not at all comparable to your style of shop, though. I’ve managed a franchise before & got some of friends on your side of the spectrum, as well. The owner of a franchise is a glorified investor, the GM is 100% responsible for whatever happens inside of it.

Ross has given us 9-10 classic tracks and a couple dope AF albums. That aside, this 'race to the bottom' mentality at the expense of workers is shameful, gimme 5 Chris Smalls' over 100 Rozay's any day of the week.

I doubt he personally sat there and said "aye boys, lets make them pay for uniforms too, that'll be fun", but he or his team signed off on it in some capacity.
The optics of that response video are poor too, lets stop glamorising shady bullshit as 'smart business'. You can be rich without standing on the backs of others, the likes of Dan Price show that. Billionaire rich, probably not, but the sort of folk driven by accumulating more than they can ever feasibly spend are bizarros anyway. Gimme 5-10 million, a 3-bedroom in the Nords and a heated Volvo and the rest is going on community projects.
