These stereotypes exist globally for alot of historical reasons they aren't right on any side and are really just excuses for religious people to be s***ty towards each other.

No one is saying they don’t care about their god as much, Christians and Muslims literally have the same God lol. All I’m saying is they don’t usually go to bat defending their religion like Muslims or Jews do, likely because Christianity is the most widespread religion so it will naturally have the most people who are Christian only in name.

People do care Family guy fave dhugr attacks for their Jesus portrayals and it's tun by an atheist and majority of the performers and writers on it fall in that lane aswell.

Christians didn't mock Jesus and same on South Park another show with infamous Christian jokes run and written by atheist.

The thing is that nobody took the complaints seriously. Christians arent seen as oppressed in America.

It seems like Christians stopped making an uproar about their religion being disrespected because their complaints seem to always fall on deaf ears... I'm not religious at all so this is from the outside looking in but it seems like Christianity is like "okay" to disrespect, in comparison to other religions at least

I think it's because we've so far past being a super religious country that most people don't care, even among those who go to church regularly, and the people who do care don't really have a big platform to share their beliefs on. Id say a little bit similar in effect (not cause) to the surface level liberal-ness of the entertainment industry.
