I've got to say, Tournament of Power arc is way way better in the Super anime than the manga. Only thing better in the manga was Roshi having a part in Ultra Instinct coming out.

Can you link that Roshi chapter?

Also what specifically did you like about the anime adaptation of the tournament vs the manga??

I don't remember chapter numbers, you can probably Google that but Goku was basically losing against Jiren and Roshi berates him saying how he doesn't necessarily need more power or anything but just needs to move well and shows him a pseudo form of Ultra Instinct where he moves without unnecessary thoughts in his mind.
Then Goku unlocks UI keeping that in mind.

Other noticeable changes would be that Gohan defeats Kefla in the manga and she was way weaker than in the anime.

Also, the fights are definitely way more fleshed out in the anime. Which is definitely the main thing that made me like the anime version more.
