what do you mean his vision? if he recorded it and it's more than just mumbles that would pretty much be the song
If you watch his music videos and album artworks/single artworks there’s always been a specific aesthetic set to each release. Not saying homie was the most creative or the most hands on but he definitely seemed to care about the overall imagery and vibe of the project (AKA not the label just throwing the cheapest graphic designer they can find at him and not even consult with him on the vision)

can for sure state that A&Rs and tour managers use all types of d**** as their artists medication and use the meds to control the artist's routines and moods while on tour to ensure the labels get their revenue etc
even massive artists like Kanye ended up controlled via meds
after all his medical issues Ozzy had ended up with Sharon controlling his meds to keep him sane because he couldnt himself and didnt trust anyone else to
