Can someone please f***ing explain to me how lakes are so dangerous?

Is it because of alligators? Or do they just not know how to swim? I’m genuinely lost.

Hope everything turns out the best it can for everyone involved but can someone explain to me?

Lakes will get disturbingly deep and any moment the further you go out and at that point the pressure you're swimming agasint is now multiplied because gravity is being helped by the water to want you down not up

Add in the fact lakes are cold asf so your body is now using needed energy to warm you up from cold shock

How long has she been missing in the river? Realistically how big is the chance that she’s alive? This s*** is f***ed man

  • Jul 9, 2020

Damn they found an adult life jacket on the boat, which means she didn’t have one

the search was called off because it's night time which is the dumbest s*** I've ever heard

It’s protocol. If they searched at night it would put the workers lives in danger as well

Diving is also a part of searching, it’s not entirely from boats
