there was also the fun of ranking their verses and the competitive nature of them trying to outdo each other on tracks...which should be the goal on any posse cut but is often lost it seems...they put the focus back on that and like you said it's not for everyone but there is/was an audience for it

wasn't a fan of this album but their new one Harbor City Season One is pretty good actually...results are night and day when they aren't spending a whole album throwing shots at Joe and Royce

I fw Crooked I back in the day but Joey n Royce r just the better musicians.

Joell ortiz is nice but he look like Turtle from Emtourage so

Lin Manuel sounds like he recorded his verse on his phone again but he actually did his thing lyrically lol

I like both albums.

i dig their new album. old school approach with the skits and theme. even a nice little twist with skips bringing it all together. i f***s with it
