Pinheadthis movie was just trying to reveal TOO much about the SW universe at once.
you really gotta flesh out & peel back the layers over several films to pull off what they tried in ROS.
& they were triggering my emotions by pulling elements from classic SW material but using them in the most cringeworthy of ways
Which is why letting rian do 8 was a terrible f***ing idea
First of all, to me, star wars isn’t really made for movies. It should be fleshed out over multiple seasons of television.
When you have someone else do the 2nd movie of your trilogy it can f*** up the flow of ideas now when you come back for 3 you dont know whether the f*** you should be continuing your setup from 7 or building on 8.
