JJ said he'd honor TLJ in a respectable way but absolutely did not, came to the defense of Rose/Kelly but then cucked her out of 95% of the movie to appease neckbeards man JJ really is an awful human being.

Yeah its pretty baffling that kathleen kennedy read the script for ROS and didn’t immediately have a problem with rey being Palp’s granddaughter
Your last movie literally said the opposite it enforced the point skywalkers aren’t the only powerful ppl

JJ put all the effort into retconning s*** from TLJ that didn't need to be retconned instead of making an actual sequel to it and this is the result

So much safe s*** in this movie.
I might have forgiven some of it if both Rey and Kylo had died.

I expected Kylo to turn to the light but wanted him to be irredeemable

I was liking where Rey was going and i thought for the briefest of moments that she might actually turn evil and it would have been a actual bold choice.

The Snoke retcon of him actually being Palpatine was fine with me.
