Say what you will about McGregor, as far as athletes in movies this was top tier, he was basically playing himself and brought all the roid cocaine energy and his dialogue wasn't "Dennis Rodman quipping about basketball in double team" tier cringe or monotone sounding like he's reading his lines off a cue card like most athletes in movies

Excellent choice. Got bigger budget and no pressure to make the studio money in theaters

40 to 55 mill domestically was probably BEST case scenario for this with little overseas interest

Did the bar singer character make it over into the new movie? OG Road House is so strange and funny. I hope they translated a lot of those quirks in this new one.
