I don't know why you keep using this line of reasoning regarding Pete refraining from clapping back at Ye as being pertinent to Kim and Kanye's imaginary custody battle. Firstly, as Kim's sources (i.e Page Six, Tmz, etc.) have stated, there isn't a custody battle in works and they are both content with an informal custody arrangement.
IF things should change, Pete saying anything negatively against Kanye will have no bearing on Kim and Kanye's custody dispute. If Pete said or did anything over the top, Kanye may request Pete's hypothetical contact with his children be limited (which the judge may or may not grant) but it can't be held unfavorably against Kim and her custody intentions. Please leave the legal a***ysis to actual attorneys.
