somehow garbage pal kids is missing from my spotify album version
That sucks. Top 3 song on the album for me
im slacking on my roc vinyl collection..i need the last 4-5 releases on vinyl... i have everything else including the UN album
Still waiting for this to click, kinda regretting my decision to buy the $100 vinyl at this point
How you feeling about it?
On the fence tbh. First half is so much more enjoyable to me than the second

It’s like a 7/10 at the moment for me, was expecting 9/10 at least the way people were talking before it dropped. Keep listening in the hope it’ll click, but at the moment it’s not making my top 10 this year... still better than hard lemonade though
Garbage Pal Kids not being on streaming really blows. People need to hear that track and most listening through streaming won’t even know it exists
Some mixed reception on this
yeah seems like it's polarizing
i still love it and think it's his best since RR2

He should’ve called this one The Bitter Dose tbh

Agreed bro. I loved the weirder more out there tracks on RR/RR2 so him kinda taking that sound forward on this is my s***. And all the more classic Roc songs are excellent. His production has only gotten better too imo
anyone else kinda not blown away by this
been sitting with it for like 2 weeks now and I'm somewhat underwhelmed
handful of great tracks though don't get me wrong

Yeah my thoughts aint really changed since first listen.
Bit too long, production feels too similar and blurs into one at times, and lyrically I just get a bit bored with the relentless braggadocious lines.
That said, I think the features are all great and provide a nice change of pace. Steel Vagina and Mt Marci are strong highlights. And Wicked Days is a really unique track and I definitely enjoy that experiment.
But I cant see myself wanting to revisit the project in full very often. And it certainly isnt anywhere close to my top albums of the years, let alone rap albums tbh.

Best work since KAOS to me.
some familiar faces around here! nuff love
Lot of real ones on this page alone tbh

Spot on fam. It's definitely a good Roc Marci album, but not a great one to me. I probably prefer both RRs, KAOS, Reloaded, even Marcielago
recently been trippin about a full effect marci enterprises project regrouping roc/ka/knowledge/stovegod... might even go on doing a visual for this nevertobereleased album haha

That's Phase 3
