GTA V's story wasn't good anyway, Trevor was just the most interesting protagonist in it, in a disappointing game. GTA IV s***s all over it.

People thought Arthur Morgan was gonna be boring but he’s one of the best fictional characters ever written. we dont know s*** about Jason, definitely cant judge by how he looks

Red Dead has always had better writing than GTA though, I always had high hopes for it and it delivered. I also said from what I've seen from Jason SO FAR, he seems like a generic white guy antihero. I hope he is a very interesting character.

fair, i look at it like rdr2 had alot of time and a bigger development team so I think the characters will be just as fleshed out as the rdr2 characters. it
may not have the same emotional depth tho as it might defeat the purpose of it being s crime simulator

Tried, but didn't like doing crime. GTA5 required shooting police officers in the opening scene. Just couldn't do it.

I think he was perfect for the nihilistic insane lunatic caricature that they were trying to capture as being from the desert but there itself is a huge reason why V is a lot of fans least favorite plot lol
