All four videos are Jason in the same clothes, same money, same items and the same mission in the map. I'm pretty sure the cutscene is from that too.
I really think this is one big video cut up
Seems less likely that he hacked Rockstar and that it's some QA tester or disgruntled employee that had this video on them and is doing this. If it was a hacker they'd certainly have more

One look at that weapon wheel UI confirms this is not a recent (last few months) leak. NateTheHate probably the most right, sometime last year leak
GTA pedestrian , enemy ai and gunplay has never been its strong suits
