NibiruEh, unsure about pc or a console build every clip has been 30fps so far.
But visually, im not seeing anything currently consoles cant do at 30fps. Not saying the game looks underwhelming, but I wouldn't worry about console visuals

The lighting is already insane. Obviously the night plane footage had it on full display but the pool looks gorgeous in this clip, the light from the car was hitting the NPC in such a realistic way as it drove by too
PS5/Series X/Pro should look great
Series S will probably still look great but dip to a ultimate low of 18 FPS at its most intense point
I think we're looking at a locked 30 FPS with similar graphics, for X/PS5, possible 40s for Pro and Series S dipping down below 25 at times
Graphics will be decently optimized no matter what
