once you start doing missions for the government, getting jetpacks, etc… it goes off the rails before dialing itself back in towards the end

Worst GTA missions i can think of off the top of my head is the f***ing mini helicopter flying taking down a building in vice city and san andreas for the flying school with the f***ed up controls, and that war where you had to drop bombs on the other guys base, and using the plane to take a bunch of people out outside lmao
