When approaching a parked car that's taken your fancy, the first thing you'll want to do is use the new WAINK (yes, really) phone app to scan the vehicle. This will tell you how much it's worth, the cost of registering it as a personal vehicle, whether it's locked or alarmed, and if it has a tracker.
Feel like with GTA V i spent more time just upgrading the protags main vehicles rather than just stealing from randoms

Evergrassvery weirdly edited trailer but it does its job of selling the game for Netflix's core audience, it was made to feel very episodic.
