Based on previews yes some hand holding exist as we see in extended but there is also a level of choice in how you beat missions, escape and different ways things can play out. Combined with emergent gameplay elements too like stumbling upon a news posting, social media moment ( recreations of memes) and more.

I am in regardless. Was just hoping to see gameplay and we did. Now the final 3 month stretch should be interesting. I have so much to play for back log/ next year that I don't mind.
